Over 8 fantastic years I have developed an extensive range of skills that are critical for the business to grow and move in the right direction. I now want to teach these skills to you. I have found that a good mix of hard and soft skills make a good network marketer however one thing that is paramount is the right attitude. That attitude to be successful in Network Marketing is that of a giver. You must engage with people from a level of giving, you need to be giving value to them not only selling and recruiting them. I teach you must be a responsible sponsor, we are in the relationship business. So, it is always relationships over business, value above business. it’s always other people first.
One of the first habits you should develop in Network marketing is that of a giver and this should be your foundation. From this point I will help you maximise your results and be more successful by sharing with you the right answers to the questions that all Network marketers ask themselves on their journey.
HOW TO DEVELOP A LASER FOCUS IN CONNECTING WITH NEW PEOPLE, PRESENTING THE OPPORTUNITY, FOLLOWING UP?
It is easy if you start from the foundation I mentioned earlier, here again it is about setting the right example and caring enough for people to have patience with them, so you will need to follow up diligently as you want them to understand the opportunity. We teach EP squared which is simply put Principles and purpose before Ego and Economics. Make sure they feel this is about them not you. Then you are on the correct path.
WHY PERSONAL GROWTH IS SO CRUCIAL AND HOW TO MAKE IT HAPPEN?
Network Marketing is on a whole a question of relationships and of engaging with people and developing a circle of mutual benefits. I have found this to be a crucial skill, failing to set goals and planning your daily action and using your time efficiently reduces your chance of success greatly. I learned this the hard way. Remember time does not equal efficient work practice.
Time is a valuable commodity so make sure you use it well.
HOW TO INCREASE YOUR POWER WHEN SPONSORING?
When It comes to sponsoring as I mentioned earlier it is not about you, it’s about the person you are speaking with, otherwise you fall into the trap of becoming a salesman.
The secret here is not to pitch; it is to ask questions and listen. Use this as your mantra, it’s not about you, it’s all about the person you are recruiting.
In Closing I would like to share with you another truth. Myself like each of you may be used to think everybody in Network marketing did things differently, that each leader had a different approach. Well the good news is I can tell you this is not true, yes everybody has their own personality and character however what they do is the same they just name it different.
